The tve Global Sustainability Films Awards (GSFA) recognises outstanding films from the business, non-profit, media and creative sectors that inspire audiences with real-world solutions for a more sustainable future.  Now in its 13th year, it has become one of the most prestigious awards for recognising sustainable ideas and solutions. Films are a powerful tool for raising public awareness, shifting public opinion and inspiring action. It is unique and different from other awards as it is both a film awards and a sustainability awards – entries are judged on the power of their storytelling and creativity, as well as on the credibility and impact of their content. The award categories recognize different types of sustainability issues and storytelling formats which speak to different audiences, from films by businesses at the forefront of technology, to films on greener living and transforming society, to longer duration documentaries and brilliant films by young filmmakers.
