We Don't Have Time and tve present the much-anticipated Award Ceremony for the tve Global Sustainability Film Awards 2023 (tve GSFA). The prestigious awards which are now in their 12th year, will announce the winners of their five competitive film categories along with the Founder’s Award which is a special nominated category.

The tve Global Sustainability Film Awards 2023 recognises filmmaking that focuses on environmental solutions and inspires audiences to take action in support of a more just and sustainable future. Organisations and individuals entering included WWF-UK, HHMI (Tangled Bank Studios), DTEK, RCBC, Alterenergy Holding Corporation, Green-Hub India, Oscar & BAFTA winning director Pippa Ehrlich, Emmy winner Marshall Corwin, among others. Winners will be announced in a glittering ceremony at MayFair Hotel on November 6, 2023 and live on We Don't Have Time on November 9.
Films were shortlisted in each of six award categories: Transforming Society, Greener Living, ESG in Business, Women/Girls in Sustainability, Young Filmmaker and Documentary Impact.
The judges, chaired by Nick Nuttall, Strategic Communications Director, We Don't Have Time, will select winners from the shortlists.

The tve Global Sustainability Film Awards, now in its 12th year, recognises outstanding films from the business, non-profit, media and creative sectors that inspire audiences with real-world solutions for a more sustainable future. Films are a powerful tool for raising public awareness, shifting public opinion and inspiring action. It is unique and different from other awards as it is both a film awards and a sustainability awards – entries are judged on the power of their storytelling and creativity, as well as on the credibility and impact of their content. The award categories recognize different types of sustainability issues and storytelling formats which speak to different audiences, from films by businesses at the forefront of technology, to films on greener living and transforming society, to longer duration documentaries and brilliant films by young filmmakers.
