Sandra leads Kipster Farm’s recent carbon neutral egg farm start in the United States. For over two decades, she worked to advance corporate sustainability and sustainable food systems at World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, Global Reporting Initiative, and Dubai Chamber of Commerce’s Centre for Responsible Business. She has degrees in Food & Business and International Relations. Sandra grew up on a small tulip farm in the Netherlands and moved to the United States in 2009. She lives with her family in Washington, DC.
Isabelle Spiegel is Vice President Environment and member of the Executive Committee of VINCI. She joined VINCI to lead its environmental ambition 5 years ago. Graduate with an engineering degree, Isabelle has over 25 years of experience in sustainability and environment. She provided sustainability advisory services for more than 15 years with PwC, both in France and China. She directed international task forces preparing publications by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. Before joining VINCI, she spent 5 years with Arcadis, as the operation leader of its Environment activities in South Europe.
Jon Yoder is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MN8 Energy and serves as a director on the board of directors. Originally founded inside of Goldman Sachs, MN8 is now one of the largest and most sophisticated renewable energy companies in the US. MN8 is on a mission to serve enterprise customers with the renewable energy and services that they need on their journey to a decarbonized world. Jon was previously a Managing Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he was Head of the Renewable Power Group of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, a 100+ person team focused on investments in the renewable energy sector. During his career at Goldman Sachs, Jon was also Co-Head of Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Credit Alternatives investing team and Chief Operating Officer of Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (NYSE: GSBD).
Laura Lightbody is the director of The Pew Charitable Trusts' energy modernization project. In that role, she advocates for state and federal policy to cut emissions and improve resilience, equity, and community outcomes. Her work focuses on building a clean, reliable electric grid, expanding renewable energy solutions such as offshore wind, and accelerating transportation electrification.
Vanessa leads Volvo Cars sustainability ambitions and the continuous evolution of our sustainability strategy supporting our organisation’s mission to give people freedom to move in a personal, sustainable and safe way. Vanessa has more than a decade experience in sustainability leadership. She was previously VP Group Sustainability at Electrolux Group, and prior to that held senior strategy and sustainability roles at Accenture and Scandic Hotels. Vanessa is an established voice on sustainability and a speaker at world events like the UN’s COP.
Boaz Paldi is the United Nations Development Programme Chief Creative Officer. In this role, Boaz oversees UNDP’s advocacy, flagship campaigns, events and partnerships. Most recently Paldi managed the design, rollout and launch of the #dontchooseextinction campaign. Before being appointed to his current role, Paldi led UNDP’s advocacy and communication as well as implementing UNDP’s multimedia strategy and co-founding the Social Good Summit. Prior to joining UNDP, Boaz worked as a TV journalist for 17 years covering conflicts, natural disasters and human-interest stories in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Balkans first for the BBC then the Associated Press and finally joining Reuters where he worked as a TV News Executive Producer for over 12 years.
Bill Nye is a science educator, engineer, and comedian. He is CEO of The Planetary Society, a nongovernmental space organization. Nye is also the executive producer and host of the science series, “The End is Nye.” Previously, he created and hosted the Emmy Award-winning television series “Bill Nye the Science Guy,” which introduced science and engineering in an entertaining and accessible manner. A champion of scientific literacy who has challenged opponents of evidence-based education and policy on climate change, evolution, and critical thinking, Nye is the author of Undeniable: Evolution and the Science of Creation. He has appeared as a guest commentator on CNN, “Good Morning America,” and MSNBC, among other programs.
The Weather Company CMO Randi Stipes takes an agile, data-driven approach to drive business growth and deliver measurable results for customers and consumers. No stranger to marketing transformation, she’s helped build The Weather Channel into one of the top 10 most trusted U.S. brands and the world’s most accurate forecaster. With nearly three decades in media and marketing, she’s served in roles across product, editorial, sales and marketing. Named a “2020 Woman to Watch by Multichannel News,” she excels at unlocking creativity and high performance on the teams she manages, resulting in some of the industry’s top awards. Passionate about the intersection of driving business growth and societal change, Randi sits on the boards of the Ad Council, BRIDGE and the OAAA Brand Council.
Dana R. Fisher is a dynamic speaker and author who writes about activism, democracy and climate policy. Her most recent book, Saving Ourselves: from Climate Shocks to Climate Action was published in 2024 by Columbia University Press. She is the Director of the Center for Environment, Community, & Equity (CECE) and a Professor in the School of International Service at American University. Fisher is a Nonresident Senior Fellow with the Governance Studies program at The Brookings Institution and the chair of the Political Sociology section of the American Sociological Association. She served as a Contributing Author for Working Group 3 of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's Sixth Assessment Review (IPCC AR6) writing about citizen engagement and civic activism.
Angela Hultberg is a Global Sustainability Director at Kearney, advising clients on sustainability strategy and adoption with a specific focus on the automotive, transport and retail sectors, as well as a variety of managerial roles driving and shaping sustainable strategic directions tailored for Kearney’s valued clients. Prior to joining Kearney, Angela was the global Head of Sustainable Mobility at Ingka group (formerly IKEA Group), focusing on reducing co-worker and customer travel emissions, in addition to setting ambitious goals for zero emissions home deliveries for the brand. Over her career, Angela has gained a wealth of multi-sector sustainability experience, and she was appointed Road Transport Lead for the COP26 Climate Champions team. While a Climate Champion, Angela spearheaded initiatives to accelerate the decarbonization of the transport industry, drawing on her experience with setting IKEA’s goals for zero emission home deliveries.
Investor and Entrepreneur in climate tech, JC Jung joined the Ice Memory Foundation as an Ambassador. The purpose of the foundation it to collect Ice Cores from all major high altitude glaciers and store them in Antartica as archives for scientists of the future. It is about saving the climate memory of the planet before it is too late. He is also a Managing Partner of Global Sustainable Future (GSF). He focuses on financing of clean technologies and large-scale projects in Energy, Mobility, Water, Air and Carbon. He also advises Cleantech startups and large corporations with their Net Zero Strategy. He co-founded Tarform, an electric motorcycle start-up set to disrupt the two-wheeled transportation industry through advanced manufacturing and clean technology.
Mike Umiker is a dynamic ambassador for energy-efficient technology, best practices and collaboration. His global journey has taken him to the United Arab Emirates followed by Germany, and now back to Switzerland. With a robust career in the industrial sector, he brings a wealth of experience and a global perspective. he holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Marketing Management from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
As President of Commercial HVAC, Holly oversees a broad portfolio of high efficiency, industry-leading HVAC systems, services, controls and energy reduction solutions. Since joining Trane Technologies in 2016, she has held executive roles as President of Life Science Solutions, General Manager for Data Center Precision Cooling, Head of Marketing and Head of Strategic Sales & Operations. She has spent over 25 years in the industrial and technology markets across virtually every vertical and customer segment. Prior to her time at Trane Technologies, Holly held executive leadership roles in general management, M&A, strategy, product management and marketing for Corning, Eaton and Intel. She has served on several corporate, industry and nonprofit boards, including LiquidStack, Well Buildings Institute Health Committee for Stadiums and Arenas, Davidson Day School, University of Wisconsin Diversity in STEM Committee and 50/50 Women on Boards’ Executive Committee. She is a STEM advocate and has received numerous industry awards for driving entrepreneurism, diversity and sustainability. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from University of Minnesota - Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
Thai-Swedish multimodal artist, singer, and producer Sirintip creates works that center climate action through empathy and meaningful connections. She has issued three critically-acclaimed releases, Carbon (Ropeadope), The Lost World (GroundUP) and Tribus (GroundUP); collaborated on 19 releases; and produced albums for artists like actor Melanie Smith (Seinfeld). She has appeared at international festivals and major venues across the world, alongside Benny Andersson (ABBA), Snarky Puppy, and countless diverse acts. Commissioned pieces include orchestral arrangements for the Swedish Radio and Malmo Symphony Orchestras, respectively; and interpretations for both Nobel Chemistry Prize and Nobel Prize for Peace.
Tim has more than 25 years research experience, focused on modelling of the biosphere, climate, biogeochemical cycles, and associated tipping points. Tim is renowned for his work identifying climate tipping points, which informed the setting of the 1.5C climate target, associated net zero targets, and nationally determined contributions. He works with policymakers and businesses helping them assess the risks of climate change and nature loss and highlighting the opportunities for ‘positive tipping points’ that can accelerate change towards net zero.
James Kotecki explores the future by talking to technology trailblazers. He hosts podcast and video interviews for CES, the world’s top tech event, as well as artificial intelligence and climate tech brands. His work has earned millions of views, major media coverage, and multiple awards. His guests include leaders from OpenAI and Samsung to Hollywood and the NFL. He currently serves as Chief Storytelling Officer at Agerpoint, an AI company for agriculture and nature.
Kevin Lang is the CEO of Agerpoint, a spatial intelligence platform for agriculture and nature. Agerpoint tools empower a sustainable food system and to protect natural environments by measuring and monitoring plant health, growth, yield, species, and carbon sequestration potential. Prior to Agerpoint, Kevin was General Manager of Agriculture for PrecisionHawk, a commercial drone technology provider, and Co-Founder of geospatial startup, spadeGEO. He also held roles with Deloitte Consulting, the World Economic Forum, and began his career in product engineering for John Deere. Kevin holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
For more than 35 years, Joel has been a well-respected voice on business, sustainability and innovation. An award-winning entrepreneur, author, speaker and strategist on corporate sustainability practices, climate tech and the clean economy, he has advised a wide range of companies on how to align sustainability with business success.
Anna Hall has a long experience in energy efficiency, innovation, business development, policy making and collaboration between public sector and industry. In her previous work, as the Director for Big Science Sweden, she has been working with cross-function and cross-country collaboration in advanced processes. She has been driving Alfa Laval’s initiative around sustainable cities and has a broad experience in partnerships, both between industries as well as between industry and academia.
Jennifer Evans is a climate justice activist and environmentalist. Jennifer currently serves as Chief Operating Officer with Climate Cardinals. She holds a Master of Arts in Climate and Society from the inaugural class of the Columbia Climate School and is an alumna of St. Lawrence University, majoring in Environmental Sociology. Her passion for climate justice and equity has been the main focus of her work throughout her academics and at her previous roles with the USDA Northeast Climate Hub and the Center for Climate Systems Research at Columbia University and NASA GISS.
Emily Atkin is the founder and editor of HEATED, an 80,000+ subscriber Substack newsletter dedicated to climate accountability reporting and analysis. A climate and political journalist for more than a decade, Atkin has previously held reporter and editor positions at The New Republic, MSNBC, Sinclair Broadcast Group, and ThinkProgress. Since founding HEATED in 2019, she has organized partnerships with larger publications like GQ, The Guardian, and NowThis, to bring her independent climate reporting to mainstream audiences. She’s also interviewed several high-profile figures in climate politics for HEATED, including Al Gore, John Kerry, Jane Fonda, and Stacey Abrams. She is a contributor to the climate solutions anthology "All We Can Save.”
Maya Hari is the CEO of Terrascope, the leading decarbonization platform for enterprises in the land-based economy. Maya is a seasoned C-suite executive in high growth digital and technology companies. Her career journey spans two decades and three continents focused on mobile, consumer and social businesses at Twitter, Google, Microsoft and Cisco. She also successfully spearheaded digital transformation at Samsung & Conde Nast.
Kasia Reterska is a leading sustainability and social impact strategist and c-suite advisor who leads the U.S. Sustainability and Social Impact practice for Burson. Reterska has developed successful global programs and campaigns on issues ranging from environmental stewardship, community engagement, human rights, global health to women’s and LGBTQ issues. Her extensive client list includes Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, multilateral organizations, United Nations agencies, global NGOs, and high-profile individuals in the U.S. and abroad. In addition to driving campaigns that elevate brands, Reterska helped launch Business & Society Futures for Weber Shandwick, which provides strategic counsel to c-suite executives on leadership positioning, organizational effectiveness, policy and regulatory complexity, positive societal impact, and value creation for stakeholders.
Sandrine Dixson-Declève is an international and European climate, energy, sustainable development, sustainable finance, complex systems thought leader. She is currently the Co-President of the Club of Rome and divides her time between lecturing, facilitating change in business and policy models and advisory work. She holds several advisory positions for the European Commission: Chair, Expert Group on Economic and Societal Impact of Research & Innovation (ESIR); Assembly Member, Climate Mitigation & Adaptation Mission (DGR&I); TEG Sustainable Finance Taxonomy and Sustainable Finance Platform (DGFISMA); United Nations: Food Summit Action Track 5 Resilience and for companies/organisations/institutes such as BMW, UBM, Climate KIC, UCL-Bartlett School of Enviornment and the IEEP. Sandrine is also a Senior Associate and faculty member of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and a Senior Associate for E3G, Ambassador, for the Energy Transition Commission (ETC) and WEALL. In 2017 Sandrine co-founded the Women Enablers Change Agent Network (WECAN).
Owen is a global sustainability writer, analyst and strategist. He is based at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research and Stockholm Resilience Centre. He is also a Future Earth Senior Fellow, an Edmund Hillary Fellow (New Zealand) and he is on the faculty of Singularity University. He is interested in big-picture narratives of the past and future of people on Earth (and beyond). He has published in Science and Nature and is a regular contributor to New Scientist. He co-founded the Future Earth Media Lab and Rethink magazine and is on the editorial board of the Anthropocene magazine.
Lisa is responsible for developing and leading AVEVA’s global sustainability strategy and plans. She has been working to advance corporate impact on sustainable development for her entire professional career, including through multiple sustainability roles at Chevron and more recently having built up a sustainability programme at Under Armour. Lisa has a successful track record across all major areas of sustainability, including strategy development, programme design, ESG Reporting and employee engagement. She is passionate about building relationships across cultures and with a wide range of stakeholders to help solve sustainability challenges.
Lauren Wylie is the Global Head of Sustainability & Social Impact for Oliver Wyman, a global consulting firm that serves as a critical strategic, economic and brand advisor to private sector and governmental clients. Oliver Wyman is a business of March McLennan, and Lauren leads Oliver Wyman’s work to not only meet its net-zero target, but to exceed the timeline for emissions reduction through innovative strategies such as implementing an internal price on carbon to incentivize more purposeful travel, and launching a program designed to support the need to scale the carbon removal market through company investment and employee engagement. During her 15 years as a sustainability leader, Lauren has developed Oliver Wyman’s global Green Champion network and the company’s philanthropic reforestation program, GROWTrees, which focuses on informing and engaging colleagues in tree planting and restoration. Lauren also oversees Oliver Wyman’s social impact, volunteering, and fundraising programs worldwide – together known as Oliver Wyman for Society. Lauren lives outside of San Francisco and has served as Sustainability Commissioner for the City of Sausalito since 2019.
Nidhi Kaul is the Senior Manager of Global Sustainability at LinkedIn, leading two main work streams: the green economy and employee engagement. In the green economy, she works cross-functionally to expand access to green jobs, skills, and knowledge on the LinkedIn platform, encouraging customers to do the same. For employee engagement, she sponsors an internal community of nearly 3,000 employees who help job seekers find green jobs on the platform and explore ways to green their own roles. With a decade of experience in technology consulting and product management, Nidhi holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Policy from UC Berkeley.
Alexander Bilgeri is responsible for Human Resources, Production, Purchasing and Sustainability Communications at the BMW Group. He is an expert in strategic, data-driven communications and public relations with over 20 years of experience in managing and leading organizations, from media startups to international car manufacturers. At the BMW Group, Alexander has held various international positions since 2004, including responsibility for communications strategy, product, innovation, business and financial communications, as well as in the U.S. for communications in the Americas region. Alexander holds a degree in business administration and studied at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and WHU in Vallendar. He is a trained journalist.
Shashank Sane leads Invenergy’s transmission business with responsibility for the multi-faceted execution of complex transmission projects, including analyzing the market for new development opportunities, working with customers to commercialize the projects and building relationships with key stakeholders to advance projects that benefit communities and customers.
Julia Salant is the General Manager of Carbon at EcoVadis. In this role, she leads the strategy and implementation of Carbon Solutions that help EcoVadis customers engage partners in climate action and emissions reporting at scale. Prior to joining EcoVadis in 2014, Julia worked across public and private sectors on renewable energy projects, custom energy efficiency solutions and led sustainability analysis of complex supply chains worldwide.
Manuel Pulgar-Vidal is the global leader of Climate & Energy at WWF and interim chair of the IUCN Climate Crisis Commission. He has more than 35 years of experience in environmental law and policy. He served as Minister of the Environment of Peru (2011 to 2016) and President of the Twentieth Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change - COP20 in 2014. He is also a member of the Steering Committees of F20 and the Voluntary Carbon Markets Integrity Initiative. He has been invited to serve on the US Advisory Committee on Foreign and Voluntary Aid.
Michelle M. Fitzpatrick, Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer, oversees Graphic Packaging’s global sustainability strategy to become Better, Every Day. Prior to this role, Ms. Fitzpatrick served as the global sustainability leader at The Chemours Company and previously held roles within its Titanium Technologies business segment and corporate remediation function. Michelle holds a PhD in environmental engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, along with an MSE in environmental engineering and BSE in chemical engineering from Tulane University.
Cleo has been with InfluenceMap for 3.5 years, tracking the US financial sector's climate lobbying activities and researching the anti-ESG movement. She is also coordinates the sharing of InfluenceMap data with North American investors and convenors. She lives in Chicago.
Sarah is a cultural and forest ecologist focused on catalyzing community-led conservation in overlooked biodiversity hotspots. She firmly believes that human dignity and agency are prerequisites for saving nature. Sarah serves as executive director at Paso Pacifico, an organization she founded in 2005. She and her team are currently building a digital platform to engage youth in cocreating forests with small-scale and indigenous farmers, reviving economies and slowing climate change.
Nyla Mabro is the Head of Strategy for The Clean Fight, a not-for-profit focused on accelerating the adoption of climate solutions for the 100%, by creating replicable pathways to scale. Previously, Nyla helped the fortune 200 with trend-correct strategies to align their business with the future, in addition to working in advertising in the UK.
Wil Maheia is a prominent Belizean activist, conservationist, and politician known for his tireless efforts to protect Belize's natural resources and advocate for social justice. As the Chief Sustainability Officer of Copalli Rum he is building a powerhouse rum brand that is setting a groundbreaking climate-positive example for the global spirits industry. Wil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Northeastern University in Chicago and a Master's Degree in Resource Recreation and Tourism.

A qualified Barrister with 30+ years’ experience across legal, academic & nonprofit, business and government (UK Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Group, COP20, COP22, COP23, COP26 & COP28). James is uniquely placed to advise on the complex challenges that hinder progress to a more sustainable future.
Santiago, the founder and CEO of ChangeNOW – the world’s largest changemakers event -, spearheaded France's leading professional association for social enterprises, and significantly accelerated the transformation of higher education in the country. In 2024, he also organized the first-ever TV-broadcasted political debate dedicated to environment in an election in France. Strongly supporting the emergence of impact entrepreneurship, he is an active early-stage investor and a nominator to the Prince William's Earthshot Prize. He serves on the board of the Jane Goodall Institute France, is an Al Gore’s Climate Reality Leader and a LinkedIn Top Voice for sustainability. His diverse experiences, from banking to tech entrepreneurship, led him to an MBA at INSEAD. Santiago is recognized by French press as a “50 under 40” who are transforming France.
Tessa has a Law and Politics background and has worked for Judges, Members of Parliament and a Minister in Aotearoa, New Zealand. She has experience in the NGO sector enhancing climate philanthropy and setting up coalitions to improve food security and tackle food waste.
Daniel is PRI’s Senior Lead on Climate Change, where he plays a leading role in efforts to support investors in managing climate risk. He previously worked on climate issues at the World Bank, in the Scottish government, and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he completed a PhD.
Mark Cyffka is co-founder & chief operations officer at AirMyne, a Berkeley, California company bringing a systems engineering approach to direct air capture. Before AirMyne, Mark spent twelve years in sales, engineering, and product management roles at industry leaders including BASF and Honeywell. At BASF, Mark helped invent & commercialize chemicals used to manufacture EVs, solar inverters, and 5G devices. He studied chemistry at Harvey Mudd College.
Ambassador John Simon is the Founder and Managing Partner of Total Impact Capital, an impact-first investment firm that seeks to mobilize capital to support the Sustainable Development Goals. TOTAL works with partners on the ground to design, structure, bring to market and manage high impact investment vehicles, Prior to founding TOTAL, Ambassador Simon held several posts in the United States government, including as Special Assistant to the President for Relief, Stabilization and Development, Executive Vice President of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, and United States Ambassador to the African Union.
Alison Chan, Investment Director – Sustainable Finance for Metrics Credit Partners, applies her passion for sustainability by working directly with investors and investees to develop strategies to maximise opportunities, reduce risk, and meet stakeholder expectations on ESG transparency and governance. She is a member of the Net Zero Asset Managers Advisory Group and was recognised by the United Nations Global Compact as an SDG Pioneer in 2024.
