Catarina Rolfsdotter-Jansson is an expert moderator, lecturer, and devoted workshop leader in facilitating sustainable development. Catarina moderates for the EU Commission, the Swedish Government, corporations, local municipalities, and universities. She is also content director at A Sustainable Tomorrow and co-founder of the global climate NGO Our Kids´Climate.
I am a researcher at the Heat and Power Division of the Energy Department. My research focuses on the development of techno-economic performance models for optimizing the design and operation of energy conversion and storage technologies, systems and power plants. Such work aims at assisting decision making for technology manufacturers, investors, project developers and operators, and policy-makers. I am a hard-working engineer with a strong motivation for R&D, innovation and entrepreneurship. In particular, I am thrilled by solar energy, thermal power generation and energy storage systems. Overall, my interests and work as a researcher are highly motivated by my personal desire of contributing to the development of a more sustainable society.
Broad international industrial experience from leadership positions in large international companies as well as start-ups (Kyoto Group AS, Yara International ASA, Agrinos AS, Umoe BioEnergy ASA, Norsk Hydro ASA), including multinational JV partnership, aggressive turn-around and ambitious start-up.
As of April 2020, Tomas is the Vice President and Head of ESG Solutions,European Markets for Nasdaq, where he is responsible for coordination of initiatives andthe tactical and strategic work around offerings in the Environmental, Social, andGovernance area. He also serves as Director of the Board of Nasdaq Clearing as well asCouncil member in the Supervisory Council in Nasdaq CSD.

Dr Martin Edlund has for the last 20 years combined management consulting and strategy research collaboration with world-class technology companies such as ABB, GE, LM Ericsson and SKF. He has been active in the marine energy industry for the last decade. Since 2016 Martin Edlund leads Minesto's company strategy to commercialise its unique product.

Experienced on environmental tasks with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. Skilled in Nanomaterials, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Awareness, Ecotoxicology, and Scientific Writing.
Joakim Bystrom is the CEO of Absolicon Solar Collector, a pioneering Swedish company specializing in solar thermal technology. With over 20 years of experience in sustainable energy solutions, he has led innovations in solar concentrators that help industries transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy. An advocate for environmental protection, Joakim has represented Sweden at various UN environmental negotiations and has been recognized with prestigious awards for his contributions to science, sustainability, and business.
