Ingmar is serial entrepreneur within financial communication and nominated for a DI Gasell Award, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, Sweden’s Environmental Influencer 2018, and International Gamechanger of the Year 2020, and Green Warrior 2021. Ingmar Rentzhog has been the chairman of the environmental think tank Global Challenge. He is on the board of Naventus Corporate Finance. He’s a member of Al Gore’s Climate Reality and European Climate Policy Task Force and he was in 2022 appointed a European Climate Pact Ambassador by the European Commission.

Beyond MMMM, David has over a decades' experience within the climate and international development sectors in the UK, USA and India.
Julie Segal leads a climate finance policy program at Environmental Defence Canada, where she advances climate-related financial policy and regulation. She is a Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics' Grantham Research Institute on sustainable finance and just transitions, and previously managed a portfolio of impact investments at the McConnell Foundation. She has been awarded national and global awards for integrating environmental justice into sustainable finance, including winning First Prize Paper in the Ethics & Trust in Finance Global Prize. Julie writes about climate finance in the media, contributes to community- and youth-led environmental groups, advises policymakers on climate-related financial policies, and advises foundations on strategies for impact investing. Julie completed a Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University.
Paul Ekins has a PhD in economics from the University of London and is Professor of Resources and Environmental Policy at the UCL Institute for Sustainable Resources at University College London. His academic work over thirty years has focused on natural capital, sustainable development and the conditions and policies for achieving an environmentally sustainable economy. He is the author of numerous papers, book-chapters and articles in a wide range of journals, and has written or edited twelve books. His most recent book is Stopping Climate Change: Policies for Real Zero (Routledge, 2024).
Sarah Woodfield is an Active Ownership Manager at Schroders and is responsible for engagement with issuers on biodiversity, natural capital and sovereign engagement. She joined the firm in 2022 and is based in London. Prior to joining Schroders, Sarah worked at the Investment Association where she was responsible for Stewardship and Corporate Governance Policy.
Andy Howard is Global Head of Sustainable Investment at Schroders and a member of the firm’s Group Management Committee. He has been at Schroders since 2016 and is responsible for the firm’s sustainability strategy. He oversees the firm’s sustainability thought leadership, ESG integration and stewardship.
Matt is a sector specialist in sustainability and ESG leadership, with a wealth of experience in corporate reporting, climate risk, carbon accounting, and stakeholder engagement. He acts as a senior advisor to industry bodies, standard setters, and policy groups on net zero, decarbonizing the built environment, and how banks can support SMEs with sustainability. Matt plays a key role in OakNorth achieving its sustainability goals, as well as ensuring it continues to invest in good causes and make a positive societal impact.
Alexandra Harbour is the Founder & Chair of the Venture Climate Alliance, a group of industry-leading VCs committed to achieving a rapid, global transition to net-zero or negative greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 or sooner. She founded the VCA while investing at Prelude Ventures, a climate tech venture fund deploying approximately $2B across early-stage startups with the greatest potential to mitigate climate change. Prior to Prelude, Alex was a founding employee and investor at Powerhouse, a seed fund backing software-enabled technology for clean energy and electric mobility. Alex is a 2020 Forbes 30 Under 30 in Energy and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. She graduated from Boston University with a BA in Economics and a minor in Sustainable Energy and is pursuing an MBA at MIT Sloan.
Breene is the president of Carbon Collective Investing. They create climate aligned portfolios that divest from fossil fuels and reinvest in climate solutions for U.S. based individuals and employers. He's a Grist 2024 Top Climate Leader. He lives in Laguna Beach, CA with his wife and two sons, and he likes to read and surf.
