Johan Falk is a leader and entrepreneur in exponential strategies for climate and business. Falk is the CEO and Co-founder of Exponential Roadmap Initiative, with the mission to accelerate exponential climate action. Falk is the co-lead author of Exponential Roadmap and 1.5°C Business Playbook. Falk is a former Senior Innovation Fellow at Stockholm Resilience Centre and Future Earth. Falk was one of the initiators of the Global Carbon Law idea, together with Owen Gaffney and Johan Rockström, inspired by Moore's Law. Further, Falk was part of Intel Corporation 2006-2018, responsible for Intel IoT Ignition Lab and heading up the Intel Edge Cloud Game Changer program for 5G networks. Falk received the Intel Global Design Win of the Year 2010 for accelerating the telecom business exponentially to a multi-billion dollar business.

She has an extensive background as a leader Climate & Sustainability, Business Innovation, Climate Policy and strategic transformation. Previous roles include Chief Climate Policy Officer in the Climate Fintech company Doconomy, Head of Innovation and Incubation at EY Nordics, having worked across a wide range of org’s – from startups to middle-sized and large Nordic and Global companies, leading roles in the Swedish well recognized Climate and sustainability consulting agency 2050. Her background in climate issues dates 25 years back, as a youth delegate at COP 3 in Kyoto, with roles in business and policy, the last 10 years focusing on future-proofing strategies and business models.
Christopher Carrick, he holds a Ph.D. in material chemistry from both Sweden and the USA. When he is not in the lab creating groundbreaking solutions for the plastics and forestry industries, he is out in the woods with his children, searching for chantarells. Raised in the business world with a great passion for practical and applied chemistry, he is now succeeding in the circular economy and sits as board memeber in Lignin Industries, Nordiska bioplastföreningen and Papershell working for a better tomorrow including sustainable materials."
Sam Manaberi is the co-founder and CEO of Trine, an investment platform focused on facilitating solar energy investments in emerging markets. Recognized for his entrepreneurship, Sam was honored by the Swedish King and acknowledged among Sweden’s influential figures in sustainability for his efforts in enabling access to clean electricity for millions. Sam brings over a decade of experience in the solar energy industry. Prior to co-founding Trine, he spent eight years at Bosch, including three years as Director North America for Bosch Solar Energy that launched a $100 million financing fund. This background fuels his commitment to advancing accessible and sustainable energy solutions worldwide.
Ingmar is serial entrepreneur within financial communication and nominated for a DI Gasell Award, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, Sweden’s Environmental Influencer 2018, and International Gamechanger of the Year 2020, and Green Warrior 2021. Ingmar Rentzhog has been the chairman of the environmental think tank Global Challenge. He is on the board of Naventus Corporate Finance. He’s a member of Al Gore’s Climate Reality and European Climate Policy Task Force and he was in 2022 appointed a European Climate Pact Ambassador by the European Commission.

Joakim Bystrom is the CEO of Absolicon Solar Collector, a pioneering Swedish company specializing in solar thermal technology. With over 20 years of experience in sustainable energy solutions, he has led innovations in solar concentrators that help industries transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy. An advocate for environmental protection, Joakim has represented Sweden at various UN environmental negotiations and has been recognized with prestigious awards for his contributions to science, sustainability, and business.
In Sweden Cecilia is a well-known name in martech and sustainable IT. She is an experienced serial entrepreneur and a respected board professional with a keen understanding of sustainability, EU directives, and profitable growth. Every day, she works alongside her colleagues at T.Loop to transform the world by building circular and sustainable data centers.
Tim is a founder and the CEO of Tradewater, a mission-based B Corp focused on preventing catastrophic climate change by strategically targeting non-CO2 gases, which accelerate warming in the short term. He provides strategic direction for the firm in all business areas. He is developing new programs to further Tradewater’s mission and expand its impact. He's also working to open new markets and facilitate the firm’s international expansion. Tim brings to Tradewater 40 years of experience in carbon programs, environmental policy, hazardous waste cleanup, and pollution prevention. He founded Wabashco in 2008 to develop carbon offset and renewable energy projects in the Midwest, and in 1998 he co-founded the Delta Institute, a nonprofit organization to improve environmental quality and promote community and economic development in the Great Lakes Basin. Tim has worked for a range of environmental organizations in both the private and non-profit sectors.
Helena Renström, Head of Society Expo, has a PhD in marketing from Hanken School of Economics, in Helsinki, Finland. She has over 30 years of research and practice experience in both private and public sector and is currently leading a societal transformation initiative for Skellefteå - Society Expo 2026.
In the past 15+ years Courtney Savie Lawrence has lived, worked and traveled across more than 70 countries with a focus on sustainable development and systems transitions. Since 2018 she has worked with the United Nations at the intersection of innovation, tech and climate with UNDP and UNICEF's regional and global innovation, climate and digital teams. She often speaks on the topic of inclusive climate innovation and systems change has been named by Climate Insider as '20 Women Leading Climate Tech and Innovation in 2024'.While working among the UN System she has held many volunteer and cross sectoral roles across the ecosystem: coleading the Oxford Climate Tech Initiative, cofounding the The Circular Design Lab based in Bangkok, Thailand, using systemic design as a process to table the first national clean air policy act to Parliament, and to her role as the chair to the Governance Committee for the School of International Futures Next Gen Foresight Practitioners Network.
With two decades of experience in private equity, venture capital, and business development, Pia Irell is dedicated to fostering value creation through sustainable solutions and responsible business practices. As the founder of Pike, she advises institutional investors and companies on creating long-term value with a positive societal impact. Pia previously contributed to shaping Trill Impact’s investment strategy and building a portfolio of purpose-driven companies. At Altor Equity Partners, she focused on driving value creation and integrating ESG across the portfolio. She has also held leadership roles at Gambro and ABB, and as CEO of the Young Shareholders Association, she worked to make the stock market more accessible to younger investors.
Eva Karlsson is the CEO of Houdini Sportswear, a progressive and rapidly growing Swedish outdoor brand and a trailblazer in corporate responsibility. Dennis Nobelius, CEO at Syre – a textile impact company on a mission to dewaste and decarbonize the textile industry at hyperscale. Prior to joining Syre, Dennis was Chief Operations Officer for the premium electric car brand Polestar, CEO of Zenuity, and held several VP positions at Volvo Cars. He holds a PhD in R&D Management, is passionate about high-technology environments, sustainability, and leadership.
Riikka is Chief Sustainability Officer for Halton Group (global technology company for demanding indoor air solutions), responsible for Halton’s sustainability strategy and sustainable business development. Riikka joined Halton in March 2024 from EY-Parthenon where she was Partner and lead for the Nordic ESG team in Strategy and Transactions. Prior to EY-Parthenon, Riikka has held various sustainability and strategy leadership roles in e.g. biomaterials, media and consulting. Riikka has a MSc in Sustainable Enterprising and systems theory from the Stockholm Resilience Centre at Stockholm University. She is also a PhD candidate at Aalto University, focusing on commercialisation of sustainable innovation. Riikka is an Investment Committee member of the Laudes Foundation and an Advisory Board member at the Aalto University Biomaterials Innovation Centre.
Daniel Zavala-Araiza is a senior scientist working in the Office of Chief Scientist as part of the EDF team. His current research focuses on providing actionable data that can accelerate the mitigation of methane emissions. He leads a team of scientists around the world focused on improving our understanding of how much and where methane pollution is taking place. He is based in Utrecht, The Netherlands where he is also a visiting researcher at Utrecht University.
Christopher has 16 years under his belt as a future researcher in a variety of capacities. He's been a equity research analyst, portfolio manager & equity strategist, and future & strategy analyst, all for SEB - and currently he is Chief Future Officer at Sircular.
Maria Wetterstrand is Senior Advisor EU Public Affairs and Sustainability of Miltton Sweden. There, Maria specializes in EU-related sustainability issues and, together with her colleagues, she helps companies and organizations understand what is happening within the European Union. Maria is also a green social debater, speaker, moderator for events and writer, former long-term member of the Riksdag and spokesperson for the Green Party.
Jane has been a successful serial deep tech company founder /investor since 1999. Since 2016, the Walerud family has focused on deep tech for the living planet. Carl Hansson, CEO at N2 Applied - a technology company using plasma technology - aims to solve some of the most pressing environmental challenges in the food industry. Our mission is to close the nitrogen cycle by producing a sustainable fertiliser on farms and our technology has a potential of decreasing the global Methane emissions with 6-8 %. Before joining N2 Applied, Carl have held key positions within Orkla, REC and Telenor. He has a MSc in Strategic Management (NTNU) and is a technology optimist.
Olivia Nestius is on a mission to support the green transition. Since September 2024, CEO at Graphmatech - a deep tech startup enabling the green transition with graphene. Olivia was brought in to lead the company as it evolves from the R&D stage into its next phase: commercialization and rapid growth, with a focus on business building, efficient funding and organizational development. Olivia was previously Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director SaaS at Svea Solar - one of Europe's largest solar companies and fastest-growing scale-ups, and before that strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company.
