She founded the VCA while investing at Prelude Ventures, a climate tech venture fund deploying approximately $2B across early-stage startups with the greatest potential to mitigate climate change. Prior to Prelude, Alex was a founding employee and investor at Powerhouse, a seed fund backing software-enabled technology for clean energy and electric mobility. Alex is a 2020 Forbes 30 Under 30 in Energy and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. Formerly the VP of Sustainability at UBQ Materials, she is currently an advisory board member of Solar Impulse Foundation’s World Alliance for Efficient Solutions. Rachel is frequently featured on i24 New and serves as an advisor for MassChallenge. She is analyzing global processes as part of UNDP’s delegation to the UNFCCC negotiations.

Rohini Kohli is senior technical advisor on climate change adaptation policy and planning at UNDPs Climate Hub. She provides policy advice, and experience sharing upon requests from governments, development partners and to UNDP country offices. She oversees UNDPs portfolio of National Adaptation Plans, linkages to the NDCs and overall strategic direction on adaptation planning. She has worked for over 20 years on sustainable human development, policy advocacy and institutional strengthening and engagement. She works globally and has served posts in Asia, Middle East and Central Europe. She is a sociologist by training.

Dr. Natalia Linou (Linos) is a social epidemiologist and the Deputy Director of the United Nations Development Programme’s (UNDP) Health team. She has 20 years of experience working at the global and local levels on health equity and sustainable development. Prior to her current role, Dr. Linou served as the Executive Director of the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard, and has designed and taught several graduate-level courses on the political determinants of health as well as on climate change and environmental justice at Harvard.

Nicki Becker is a climate activist, environmental communicator, and co-founder of Jóvenes por el Clima Argentina. Nicole is currently a columnist for CNN Argentina and has previously written for El DiarioAr and Ohlalá magazine. She has hosted the environmental radio program 'Permitido Pisar el Pasto' and was a youth delegate at several UN Climate Change Conferences (COPs) and the UN General Assembly in 2023. She co-authored a chapter in Greta Thunberg’s 'The Climate Book.' Nicole studies International and Environmental Law at the University of Buenos Aires and was recognized by INFOBAE as one of Argentina’s most influential women in 2022.

Mwanahamisi (“Mishy”) Singano is an African feminist dedicated to dismantling systemic inequalities on a global scale. As part of her role at WEDO (Women’s Environment and Development Organization), Mishy provides strategic support for global policy work on Gender Just Transition and gender just Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs). She actively supports WEDO’s engagement with major international frameworks, including the UNCBD, UNCCD, and UNDRR, advancing the rights and leadership of women and marginalized communities. Serving as co-focal point of the Women and Gender Constituency (WGC) and co-coordinator of its working groups on Gender and the Global Stocktake, Mishy brings a feminist vision to climate action, advocating for policies that center equity and justice.

In this role, Larry is responsible for developing and delivering ICE’s data strategy and product roadmap surrounding sustainable finance. He works with financial market participants to support their and their clients’ sustainable finance goals in areas such as ESG. He was previously head of ESG and climate product strategy for the wealth management, private assets, fund ratings, ESG reporting product lines at MSCI. He joined MSCI from KLD, a pioneer in the field of ESG investing. Larry served as a product manager with KLD, RiskMetrics and later MSCI, where he was instrumental in the development of the firm’s ESG ratings, governance metrics and ESG controversies product lines, as well as MSCI’s ESG platforms. Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Newbury College.
