Catarina Rolfsdotter-Jansson is an expert moderator, lecturer, and devoted workshop leader in facilitating sustainable development. Catarina moderates for the EU Commission, the Swedish Government, corporations, local municipalities, and universities. She is also content director at A Sustainable Tomorrow and co-founder of the global climate NGO Our Kids´Climate.
Previously with the Times Newspaper London, the U.N. Environment, and the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, Nick was the Director of Communications and Spokesperson for the Paris Agreement of 2015. More recently, he has served as the Director of Communications for the Global Climate Action Summit that took place in San Francisco in September 2018.

He’s a member of Al Gore’s Climate Reality and European Climate Policy Task Force and he was in 2022 appointed a European Climate Pact Ambassador by the European Commission.

Prior to joining FPG Amentum in 2010 Jan was CEO of Nordic Aviation Capital and President/CEO of Volito Aviation (spearheaded a joint venture with Goldman Sachs). Jan is taking an active role and is passionate about transitioning aviation to net zero. As a result of his sustainability related work Jan is the chair of the sustainability committee of Aircraft Leasing Ireland and chair of the advisory board of IMPACT.
Jonathan is Vice President for Neste’s Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) business, responsible for all Commercial, Technical, Strategy and Business Development activities globally. Jonathan is committed to decarbonising aviation by accelerating the use of SAF, and joined Neste in 2020 to build this new business- Neste is the global leader in renewable fuels and circular solutions. Jonathan has extensive senior level experience in renewables and the energy industry, and has been involved in aviation for more than 10 years.
Nicolai is a passionate business leader with a 20+ years global track record in the successful operation, management, and expansion of recruitment enterprises. Nicolai’s career is marked by constant commitment to customer and candidate satisfaction, DE&I advocacy, and the nurturing of people, culture, and talent. His passion for recruitment as well as for ESG principles, has driven him to become an active member of initiatives and associations dedicated to addressing climate change and promoting diversity, equality and inclusion. This dedication reflects his commitment to the greater good, aligning corporate success with broader social and environmental responsibility.
Alex Rafalowicz has worked as a policy analyst, campaigner, organiser and strategist for climate justice for 15 years including with the Global Campaign to Demand Climate Justice, the Climate Action Network, and 350.Org. He has worked on digital and electoral campaigns across the Americas, Europe, and Australia. He has a first class honours degree in law from the Australian National University and Masters in Economics from the Indira Gandhi Institute for Development Research. He lives in Bogotá, Colombia with his family.
Bill McKibben is founder of Third Act, which organizes people over the age of 60 for action on climate and justice. McKibben helped found 350.org, the first global grassroots climate campaign, which has organized protests on every continent, including Antarctica, for climate action. He played a leading role in launching the opposition to big oil pipeline projects like Keystone XL, and the fossil fuel divestment campaign, which has become the biggest anti-corporate campaign in history, with endowments worth more than $40 trillion stepping back from oil, gas and coal. He stepped down as board chair of 350 in 2015, and left the board and stepped down from his volunteer role as senior adviser in 2020, accepting emeritus status. He lives in the mountains above Lake Champlain with his wife, the writer Sue Halpern, where he spends as much time as possible outdoors. In 2014, biologists credited his career by naming a new species of woodland gnat—Megophthalmidia mckibbeni–in his honor.
