Connecting Climate Change and Mental Health: Impact & Hope

Presented by Kaiser Permanente and the World Economic Forum. Watch the event live on We Don't Have Time

Kaiser Permanente

There is no question that climate change is having a devastating effect on our environment and communities. Yet, one often overlooked aspect is the impact it has on mental health. There are clear links between climate-related events and anxiety, grief, depression, violence, and suicide. In an uncertain world shaped by climate change, prioritizing mental health care is imperative for fostering resilience and well-being.

On May 14, 2024, Kaiser Permanente and the World Economic Forum invite you to the upcoming event as part of the 'Connecting Climate Change and Health' series. Together, we'll shine a spotlight on the profound connection between climate change and mental health. We will bring together leaders from diverse sectors to share valuable resources and insights for prioritizing mental health and equity, with a focus on the workforce, youth, and families.

Join us live on We Don't Have Time in charting a path towards a healthier, more resilient future for all, guided by the hope that collective action can drive meaningful change.
