Dr. Sweta Chakraborty is the CEO of North America, We Don’t Have Time. She is a partner at Pioneer Public Affairs. She is also the founder and principal of Adapt to Thrive, a venture that seeks to better inform individuals, businesses, and government entities on the complex, interconnected challenges, such as food insecurity and disease, already existing and emerging from a warming planet.

Previously with the Times Newspaper London, the U.N. Environment, and the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, Nick was the Director of Communications and Spokesperson for the Paris Agreement of 2015. More recently, he has served as the Director of Communications for the Global Climate Action Summit that took place in San Francisco in September 2018.

Catarina Rolfsdotter-Jansson is an expert moderator, lecturer, and devoted workshop leader in facilitating sustainable development. Catarina moderates for the EU Commission, the Swedish Government, corporations, local municipalities, and universities. She is also content director at A Sustainable Tomorrow and co-founder of the global climate NGO Our Kids´Climate.

Thai-Swedish multimodal artist, singer, and producer Sirintip creates works that center climate action through empathy and meaningful connections. She has issued three critically-acclaimed releases, Carbon (Ropeadope), The Lost World (GroundUP) and Tribus (GroundUP); collaborated on 19 releases; and produced albums for artists like actor Melanie Smith (Seinfeld). She has appeared at international festivals and major venues across the world, alongside Benny Andersson (ABBA), Snarky Puppy, and countless diverse acts. Commissioned pieces include orchestral arrangements for the Swedish Radio and Malmo Symphony Orchestras, respectively; and interpretations for both Nobel Chemistry Prize and Nobel Prize for Peace.

Johan Falk is a leader and entrepreneur in exponential strategies for climate and business. Falk is the CEO and Co-founder of Exponential Roadmap Initiative, with the mission to accelerate exponential climate action. Falk is the co-lead author of Exponential Roadmap and 1.5°C Business Playbook. Falk is a former Senior Innovation Fellow at Stockholm Resilience Centre and Future Earth. Falk was one of the initiators of the Global Carbon Law idea, together with Owen Gaffney and Johan Rockström, inspired by Moore's Law. Further, Falk was part of Intel Corporation 2006-2018, responsible for Intel IoT Ignition Lab and heading up the Intel Edge Cloud Game Changer program for 5G networks. Falk received the Intel Global Design Win of the Year 2010 for accelerating the telecom business exponentially to a multi-billion dollar business.

Tara Moonan is a sustainability leader focused on accelerating business transformation through climate action, circularity, and responsible innovation. As the North America sustainability lead for Electrolux Group, she drives the integration of sustainability across strategy, operations, product innovation, and consumer engagement for the company's leading appliance brands, including Frigidaire, Electrolux, and AEG. Prior to joining Electrolux Group, Tara developed and scaled sustainability initiatives for the luxury division at L’Oreal USA. Her work has centered on helping global brands translate ambitious sustainability commitments into measurable business outcomes and stakeholder value. Tara brings a pragmatic perspective on the role companies can play in advancing a more sustainable and resilient future. She holds a master's degree from Columbia University's Sustainability Management program.

Phil is the founder of the energy think tank Ember, and has featured on the TIME Climate 100 list. Phil built Ember from a handful of people passionate about the energy transition, to a global team of more than 80 working across 20 countries today, shaping political and investment decisions.

Julia Marsh is the CEO and co-founder of Sway, a clean tech startup scaling seaweed-based, home-compostable packaging. Julia spent over a decade designing brand and packaging systems for consumer goods companies, technology startups, and design studios around the world. Her work is driven by a deep passion for regenerative design and biological circularity.

I am a professor of environmental ethics and philosophy and chair of the Department of Humanities at Michigan Technological University in the wild and snowy upper peninsula of Michigan. For more than three decades I've worked at the intersection of philosophy, social science, advocacy, ecology, and the written word. My word touches on a wide swath of environmental discourse: from climate ethics to wolf ecology and policy, from the concept of wilderness to conceptions of values in natural resources, and from Indigenous thought to key ideas in environmental law and policy. I am the co-editor of Moral Ground: Ethical Action for a Planet in Peril with Kathleen Dean Moore and my current book, Conservation: a philosophical practice, is under review at Yale University Press.

Louise Rehbinder has 16 years of experience from the ICT Industry working with IT Management, IT Sustainability, Responsible Sourcing, and sustainable procurement of HW components and materials. Louise formed Ericsson’s Supplier climate action program, was part of the establishment of the 1.5°C Supply Chain Leader program and the creation of the Supplier Engagement Guide. Louise is currently working as Director at Exponential Roadmap Initiative.

Luisa Orre is Chief Business Development Officer at Stegra, overseeing the growth plans outside Sweden. She was previously Chief Procurement Officer, managing agreements for electricity, raw materials, logistics and project procurement, as well as infrastructure related to power, rail and port. Before joining Stegra, Luisa was CFO at a consumer technology start up and part of building the company from pre-product and pre-team. Luisa spent six years at McKinsey & Co. advising technology, consumer and private equity clients on corporate, growth and digital strategy. Luisa holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Zack Steel is a research scientist with the US Forest Service, Rocky Mountain Research Station. His work focuses on understanding changing disturbance regimes (including wildfire and drought) and their impacts on western forests and wildlife.

Amber Malone is Vice President of Engineering and Technology for Thermo King Americas, a business unit of Trane Technologies. In this role, Amber oversees a team of over 200 engineers, technicians, designers and project managers in executing the full spectrum of the technology and engineering continuum from advanced technology development to product, system, and solution design and development in the areas of climate-controlled transport, refrigerated transport, and cold storage. Amber earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from St. Cloud State University and a Master of Business Administration Carlson School of Management. She holds seven U.S. and five European patents.
