Ingmar is serial entrepreneur within financial communication and nominated for a DI Gasell Award, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, Sweden’s Environmental Influencer 2018, and International Gamechanger of the Year 2020, and Green Warrior 2021. Ingmar Rentzhog has been the chairman of the environmental think tank Global Challenge. He is on the board of Naventus Corporate Finance. He’s a member of Al Gore’s Climate Reality and European Climate Policy Task Force and he was in 2022 appointed a European Climate Pact Ambassador by the European Commission.

His diverse experiences, from banking to tech entrepreneurship, led him to an MBA at INSEAD. Santiago is recognized by French press as a “50 under 40” who are transforming France.
Patricia Espinosa Cantellano is a Mexican politician and diplomat. In 2016 the United Nations Secretary-General appointed her as executive secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC). Prior to that she was Mexican Ambassador to Austria, Germany, Slovenia, and Slovakia and served as secretary of foreign affairs in the cabinet of President Felipe Calderón. Ms. Espinosa brings to her new appointment more than 30 years of experience at the highest levels in international relations, with specializations in climate change, global governance, sustainable development, gender equality, and protection of human rights. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in international relations from El Colegio de México and earned a diploma in international law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (the Institut Universitaire de Hautes Études Internationales) in Geneva, Switzerland.
https://unfccc.int/Boaz Paldi is the United Nations Development Programme Chief Creative Officer. In this role, Boaz oversees UNDP’s advocacy, flagship campaigns, events and partnerships. Most recently Paldi managed the design, rollout and launch of the #dontchooseextinction campaign. Before being appointed to his current role, Paldi led UNDP’s advocacy and communication as well as implementing UNDP’s multimedia strategy and co-founding the Social Good Summit. Prior to joining UNDP, Boaz worked as a TV journalist for 17 years covering conflicts, natural disasters and human-interest stories in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Balkans first for the BBC then the Associated Press and finally joining Reuters where he worked as a TV News Executive Producer for over 12 years.
Johan Falk is a leader and entrepreneur in exponential strategies for climate and business. Falk is the CEO and Co-founder of Exponential Roadmap Initiative, with the mission to accelerate exponential climate action. Falk is the co-lead author of Exponential Roadmap and 1.5°C Business Playbook. Falk is a former Senior Innovation Fellow at Stockholm Resilience Centre and Future Earth. Falk was one of the initiators of the Global Carbon Law idea, together with Owen Gaffney and Johan Rockström, inspired by Moore's Law. Further, Falk was part of Intel Corporation 2006-2018, responsible for Intel IoT Ignition Lab and heading up the Intel Edge Cloud Game Changer program for 5G networks. Falk received the Intel Global Design Win of the Year 2010 for accelerating the telecom business exponentially to a multi-billion dollar business.

Groundswell supports a diverse and distributed chorus of voices to shape a narrative of courage and possibility, which essentially says: it’s not too late to achieve our Paris goals. For over ten years, Matthew has led strategic communications and campaigns to advance the climate action agenda. Prior to joining Global Optimism, Matthew was the Communications Director for the UN Climate Change High-Level Climate Champions, where he launched the Race to Zero, the Race to Resilience, the 2030 Breakthroughs and the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero. Elsewhere, his work has included positions at UN Climate Change, Mission 2020, and initially as an Advisor in Christiana Figueres’ original ‘groundswell unit’ in the run-up to the Paris Agreement.

Farwiza is the chairperson of Forest, Nature and Environment Aceh Foundation (Yayasan HAkA), a grassroots organisation based in Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia that focus on the conservation, protection and restoration of the Leuser Ecosystem. She mainly work on the policy and advocacy aspects, seeking to increase meaningful access and involvement of local community in the development of policy pertaining to their environment and livelihood. In addition to passionately working to tackle the herculean task of creating permanent conservation status for the Leuser Ecosystem, Farwiza is also mad enough to enrol in a PhD program in the Faculty of Anthropology and Development studies in Radboud University Nijmegen. Her research seek to bring light on the political economy of natural resource management in Aceh, Indonesia, with particular spotlight on (of course) the Leuser Ecosystem. A place so close to her heart.
Josh Tickell is a filmmaker and author who, along with his wife and production partner Rebecca Tickell, specializes in films that present solutions to big environmental problems including FUEL, THE BIG FIX, PUMP, GOOD FORTUNE and KISS THE GROUND (Netflix / Woody Harrelson). Together the Tickell’s films have been shown in the White House, have won over 100 prestigious film and humanitarian awards including the Audience Award for Best Documentary at Sundance, been shortlisted for an Oscar and have inspired over $10 billion dollars to be invested into renewable energy and regenerative agriculture globally. They are currently worked on their sequel film to KISS THE GROUND as well as a number of exciting films which will begin to roll out in 2022.
Steve spent 27 years at Morgan Stanley, a large investment bank, in London, working within global equity sales and covering some of the major institutions and hedge funds. He worked very closely with the Capital Markets division to help with capital raising for companies, including being involved with 150 IPOs in Europe. He worked with the ESG group at the firm to enhance the profile of the banks efforts in this area. Since leaving Morgan Stanley has has completed a Sustainable Finance course at CISL at Cambridge University, and is a graduate of University of York, where he studied Economics, Politics and Public Choice.
Dr. Sweta Chakraborty is the CEO of North America, We Don’t Have Time. She is a partner at Pioneer Public Affairs. She is also the founder and principal of Adapt to Thrive, a venture that seeks to better inform individuals, businesses, and government entities on the complex, interconnected challenges, such as food insecurity and disease, already existing and emerging from a warming planet.

Catarina moderates for the EU Commission, the Swedish Government, corporations, local municipalities, and universities. She is also content director at A Sustainable Tomorrow and co-founder of the global climate NGO Our Kids´Climate.
Psychiatrist and explorer, Bertrand Piccard made history by accomplishing two aeronautical firsts – flying around the world non-stop in a balloon, and more recently in a solar-powered airplane plane without fuel. Pioneer in his way to consider ecology through the lens of profitability, he began working in the early 2000s to promote renewable energies and clean technologies. His current challenge, as Chairman of the Solar Impulse Foundation, is to identify and promote 1000 profitable solutions to protect the environment and support clean growth.

She is currently the Co-President of the Club of Rome and divides her time between lecturing, facilitating change in business and policy models and advisory work. She holds several advisory positions for the European Commission: Chair, Expert Group on Economic and Societal Impact of Research & Innovation (ESIR); Assembly Member, Climate Mitigation & Adaptation Mission (DGR&I); TEG Sustainable Finance Taxonomy and Sustainable Finance Platform (DGFISMA); United Nations: Food Summit Action Track 5 Resilience and for companies/organisations/institutes such as BMW, UBM, Climate KIC, UCL-Bartlett School of Enviornment and the IEEP. Sandrine is also a Senior Associate and faculty member of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and a Senior Associate for E3G, Ambassador, for the Energy Transition Commission (ETC) and WEALL. In 2017 Sandrine co-founded the Women Enablers Change Agent Network (WECAN).
Ida Emilie Steinmark is a science correspondent for The Economist and is based in London. She previously covered the news desk from New York and helped launch the US in brief, a daily newsletter about American politics. She holds a degree in chemistry and a PhD in experimental physics.
Yvonne Rydberg is a trained mechanical engineer and has worked at SKF in various roles for more than 25 years. Today, she works within the sales organization directly with their customers, providing them with technical expertise. She relaxes by sailing and engaging in outdoor activities with her family.
As Managing Director, Lewis oversees strategic development, program implementation, and staff management at Hot or Cool. Previously, Lewis has served as Executive Director of SEED, founded as a UN partnership at the 2002 World Summit on Sustainable Development to promote entrepreneurship for sustainable development. Prior to that, he was Director for Sustainable Consumption and Production at the think tank Institute for Global Environmental Strategies. He has consulted with organizations including United Nations agencies, the Asian and African Development Banks, the European Commission, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), and has served as technical or science-policy adviser to several national government delegations, including Finland, Japan, Sweden, Indonesia, Hungary. Lewis conceived and led the 1.5-Degree Lifestyles project, analysing potential contribution of lifestyle changes to the aspirational 1.5 °C target under the Paris Agreement on climate change. He co-lead the United Nations One Planet programme on Sustainable Lifestyles and Education. He has an M.Sc. Sustainable Resource Management (Technical University Munich, Germany) and a Ph.D. Political Economy (University of Helsinki, Finland).
Daniel Reid has led the RBA's environmental, chemical, and circularity programs for seven years, where he's worked with 220+ electronics brands and manufacturers to improve the sustainability of their supply chains and better engage suppliers to enact critical change.
Caroline Reid is the Senior Sustainability Director at Oatly, where she lead the sustainability agenda at Oatly: Focusing on initiatives to empower consumers and the transformation of food systems through plant-based solutions. Since joining Oatly in August 2021, Caroline has driven Global and European sustainability efforts, focusing on climate solutions, avoided emissions and holistic impact. Her previous experience at IKEA equipped her with broad expertise in sustainability including circularity, responsible sourcing, plastic pollution and sustainable procurement.
Mikael Nordlander joined Vattenfall in 2001 and has held various position in R&D and business development. Since 2016, Mikael is leading Vattenfall’s work on decarbonisation of industrial processes in partnership with large companies, e.g. the HYBRIT project for fossil-free steel with SSAB and LKAB. He holds a MSc degree in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from Linköping University and a post graduate diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford. He is a fellow of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences.
