Ingmar is serial entrepreneur within financial communication and nominated for a DI Gasell Award, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, Sweden’s Environmental Influencer 2018, and International Gamechanger of the Year 2020, and Green Warrior 2021. Ingmar Rentzhog has been the chairman of the environmental think tank Global Challenge. He is on the board of Naventus Corporate Finance. He’s a member of Al Gore’s Climate Reality and European Climate Policy Task Force and he was in 2022 appointed a European Climate Pact Ambassador by the European Commission.

Pioneer in his way to consider ecology through the lens of profitability, he began working in the early 2000s to promote renewable energies and clean technologies. His current challenge, as Chairman of the Solar Impulse Foundation, is to identify and promote 1000 profitable solutions to protect the environment and support clean growth.

Beau-Anne previously worked at DOEN Participaties, an impact-focussed VC firm where she was responsible for all energy related investments. Prior to working in venture capital, she started her career in the early days of Adyen (fintech). She holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Groningen. Next to her role at FORWARD.one she is on the Supervisory Board of Milieu Centraal, a semi-public institution providing information on sustainability topics.
Gilles Tisserand is leading the sustainability work at Tetra Pak - a company engaged in the food systems transformation. His focus areas are climate, nature and how products and business models need to be adapted to drive regenerative growth.
Dr. Nicola Kimm is a member of the Board of Management and CSO at Heidelberg Materials, covering ESG, R&D, Technologies & Partnerships, and the Global Innovation Hub, where she leads programs on carbon reduction, circularity, and sustainable products. Previously, Nicola was a board member at EQT AB and held executive roles at Philips/Signify. Nicola is an ecologist and chemical engineer and holds a PhD in economics and business engineering.
Ciprian is leading the Social Innovation Solutions ecosystem, a group of organizations with a mission to empower individuals and organizations to understand future transformations and to develop sustainable solutions. SIS runs various educational programs in CEE, and the global conversation platform Climate Change Summit. He worked for 12 years for international organizations like Ashoka and the Aspen Institute, is a Global Shaper Alumni of the World Economic Forum, a Board Member of Rethink Romania, and a member of the Romanian Business Leaders community. As he strongly believes in the power of conversations, starting with 2023, Ciprian is hosting the ”Pro Verde” sustainability talk show at Stirile Pro TV. He teaches foresight and sustainability at The Entrepreneurship Academy in Bucharest. He has recently completed programs in sustainable finance and circularity at the Harvard Business School and the Cambridge Judge Business School.
