Previously with the Times Newspaper London, the U.N. Environment, and the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, Nick was the Director of Communications and Spokesperson for the Paris Agreement of 2015. More recently, he has served as the Director of Communications for the Global Climate Action Summit that took place in San Francisco in September 2018.

Catarina Rolfsdotter-Jansson is an expert moderator, lecturer, and devoted workshop leader in facilitating sustainable development. Catarina moderates for the EU Commission, the Swedish Government, corporations, local municipalities, and universities. She is also content director at A Sustainable Tomorrow and co-founder of the global climate NGO Our Kids´Climate.

Dr. Sweta Chakraborty is the CEO of North America, We Don’t Have Time. She is a partner at Pioneer Public Affairs. She is also the founder and principal of Adapt to Thrive, a venture that seeks to better inform individuals, businesses, and government entities on the complex, interconnected challenges, such as food insecurity and disease, already existing and emerging from a warming planet.

Anita Soina is a Kenyan environmental Warrior and Climate Activist. 2021 TedX Speaker, Founder of SpiceWarriors Environmental Organization and Author of “The Green War” book. She’s also a sustainability digital influencer. She is now a Green Party Politician.

Marco is the Convener of the Nature Positive Initiative. He moves from WWF International where he held the role of Director General 2014-2022, and Special Envoy in 2023. Before joining WWF he was Global Director of Network and Programme and subsequently CEO of BirdLife International. Marco’s experience and career ranges from ecological field research to high level advocacy and international policy, nature reserve management, integrated conservation and development projects, environmental education, NGO development, communications and campaigning, in many countries all over the world. Marco is a member of the China Council (CCICED) and of the Board of Directors for the Fondation Prince Albert II de Monaco, former co-chair and now Board member of the Belt and Road Initiative Greening Coalition, a founding member of the Nature Action Agenda and the Friends of Ocean Action at WEF, outgoing co-chair of the Global Commons Alliance and member of the UN Global Compact Board.

Ingmar is serial entrepreneur within financial communication and nominated for a DI Gasell Award, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, Sweden’s Environmental Influencer 2018, and International Gamechanger of the Year 2020, and Green Warrior 2021. Ingmar Rentzhog has been the chairman of the environmental think tank Global Challenge. He is on the board of Naventus Corporate Finance. He’s a member of Al Gore’s Climate Reality and European Climate Policy Task Force and he was in 2022 appointed a European Climate Pact Ambassador by the European Commission.

Anna Ryott is the Nordic Chief Impact Officer at EY and a recognized leader in sustainable transformation. She has spent her career proving how business and investment can be powerful drivers of positive change for people and the planet. Anna has served as CEO of Swedfund, Deputy CEO of the Norrsken, and held board positions in leading venture capital and private equity funds. She has also been part of UNDP’s advisory board regarding SDG Impact, and led organizations dedicated to improving children’s lives around the world and is an advocate for hope as an accelerating force of change. At COP30, Anna brings a Nordic perspective on how purpose-driven leadership, innovation, and collaboration can accelerate climate action and sustainable growth.

Gemma has worked across the non-profit, public and private sectors, including as Communications Lead in the World Economic Forum’s Centre for Nature and Climate, heading communications for nature, forest initiatives and the ocean, Oxfam GB, WWF International, Hill+Knowlton and the European Environmental Bureau. Her lifelong love of nature – both blue and green – underpins her passionate commitment to a nature-positive world.
